Bourner Bullock, WC2

Bourner Bullock, a Chartered Accountancy firm, leased 2,600 sq ft on the 2nd floor of 114 St Martin’s Lane.

We were appointed in May 2022 to project manage a light touch redesign, which included the addition of a new tea point, construction of a new office, a new position for the Comms cabinet, and a reconfiguration of three offices. We were also able to reuse some of the existing furniture left by the previous tenant.

The project was straightforward, but the programme was tight, so following the initial space planning and concept designs, we then engaged with a Design & Build company to meet the completion date of mid-August 2022.
