Whilst the Mayfair offices of D Group were undergoing extensive building improvement work during the summer of 2015, Search4 Office Solutions were asked to temporarily relocate their staff.

The most cost-effective option for this six-month period was to co-habitate with their newly acquired business, British Expertise International, in Victoria.

Some additional modifications were required back at the Mayfair office, and we worked with the Landlord and other trades in order to install a small commercial kitchen into a tight space and on an even tighter budget, together with redecoration of the five floors.  We also co-ordinated the installation of new structured Cat 6 cabling during the Landlord’s work, including the supply of a dedicated lease line for the building.  We also purchased new desks, chairs and feature lighting.

The combined businesses of Strategy International returned to Grafton Street in January 2016 to an office which now has a lift, new kitchens, a dedicated presentation room, high capacity and fast internet and a fresh new look.
