We joined the team in July 2019 at the tender return stage of the process, for the fit-out of a single floor which had already been finished to CAT A standard in Southwark.

The space had a raised access floor, but no suspended ceiling, with all services being exposed and the fit-out involved the construction of partitions, installation of power and data, a tea point, floor finishes, feature wall coverings in some areas and decoration.

The fit out started at the end of July when Constructive Space, the main contractor commenced work on site, and was completed by mid-September 2019.  Constructive Space have continued to make modifications as the business has expanded and its needs have changed.”
