In March 2022 we joined the HCG team, who were already engaged as Paramount’s Workplace and Change Management consultants.

Reporting to the Global Heads of Facilities & Projects as their Programme Co-Ordinator, we were responsible for managing the building enhancements and floor plan changes that would facilitate the return to office in a hybrid working model.

With a lease event at another location, this was also the opportunity to bring together CBS, Paramount Pictures and Viacom into one location.

NDSM-plein is a fantastic area of Amsterdam, and one of the popular commutes from Amsterdam main is via a short ferry ride – a lovely way to start the day.

The work took place between March 2022 and April 2023, and key tasks that were completed were:

• Workplace Strategy created to co-locate all business units
• Change Management
• Creation of agile working offices
• Layout & furniture modifications
• Redesign of data centre
• Installation of nine Pods and eleven Booths
• Modifications to M&E, acoustics and lighting
• Creation of the Project space
• Rebuild of 1st floor offices
• Removal of wall and replacement balustrade
• Creation of new meeting rooms, ground floor, Redbox & Skybox
• New AV in all the new meeting rooms
• Installation of 85 lockers

The furniture consultant was IPJ, who worked closely with Task to procure the Pods and Booths Task | Projects | Paramount (tasksystems.co.uk) which were shipped from the UK.
