In the summer of 2023, the iconic Los Cubos building was chosen as the Spanish HQ for Paramount.

With stunning views across the city, enhanced by floor to ceiling glass, the fit-out needed to take full advantage of the abundance of natural daylight.

We were appointed to project manage the fit-out, co-ordinating the activities of the local Paramount team, the international Facilities and Tech teams, the main contractor (Unen) and the cost consultant (MESH) on this amazing project.

One of the challenges was building a comprehensive data center in a very short amount of time and we engaged with Cad&Lan for this specialist build.

The Paramount staff were temporarily relocated to the 7th floor from September 2023 whilst the fit-out of the 6th floor was carried out. Everyone was excited to move onto the 6th floor in January 2024 and full of compliments for the new space.
